Scam
I opened an account and fully expected to receive the $300 bonus as promised for depositing $3500 within 60 days, but I was told that I did not qualify because it was 63 days after opening my account that my $3500 was deposited. These banks will find any excuse to use your money and get out of paying the money they promise to open an account. This is just the latest scam.

I wish you didn't ask for a one time password on EVERY visit. It makes it harder to check in. Am I now qualified for the monthly bonus?

Thank you for providing your feedback. In order to qualify for the Welcome Bonus, you must make $2,500 in qualifying direct deposits into your Loyalty Checking account within the first 60 days. We do offer biometric log in to avoid the OTP each time you log in to your mobile app. Please give us a call if you have further questions at 833-427-2265

Great interest rate
Great interest rate, easy to use website/app. Would rate 5 stars if I could do unlimited transfers between this savings account and a checking account with you. This is the only thing holding me back from using this account and your checking account fully.

Thank you for the feedback, all savings account fall under the same regulation and limit the number of transfers in a month. We will make sure to take a look to see if there are any improvements we can make to the process.

So glad I opened a high yield savings account!
Very easy to set up a high yield savings account. Making deposits and withdrawals is also very easy. And I love seeing my interest posted each month!!! Such a good interest rate!!!
