Nobody will care about your project as much as you do, but I think the exception there is LaunchBoom. Every step of the way I felt immense support. They set me up for success in so many ways, ways that I could have never fathomed. Projects like the one that I took on are riddled with land mines and pitfalls and LaunchBoom helped me deftly avoid them, prepare everything for success, and ultimately help me ensure that my project found its audience and was successful.

Slick system, helpful team members, great course to help me get set up

Horrible experience. Very pushy. They will follow you for a year if needed, sending regular request to ask when you will sign up, and send 'success stories', often not even theirs. When I then signed up, paid a hefty fee, I realized its nothing but an expensive course. Sure, there are some ok materials in there, but nothing you cannot get and read for free or invest your money and get actual help. Ultimately, our campaign was a resounding failure. And before Lauchboom sas it's the fault of my project, I not only followed their course and suggestions to the T, we are now selling without issues on amazon. When you look at the track record and compare it to the number of customers Launchboom serves, like many others brought up here and other platforms, their success rate is LOWER than any other agency. Most of their customers complain and fail with their projects, not only out on the money they paid for Launchboom, but also all the money that went into the ads. Horrible company. All self-marketing until you sign up. A guaranteed way to lose your money and fail on your project.

We just wrapped a $450K Kickstarter campaign, and LaunchBoom was a huge part of that success. Their system is nothing "magical" and seems fairly obvious in hindsight, but to an outsider / technical team like ours, it saved us SO MUCH TIME (templates, etc.) in knowing where to focus. We really appreciated the 3x/wk office hours, and the on-demand email support. I especially appreciated that they didn’t oversell: if something wasn’t proven or predictable, they said so. Big thanks to Justin in particular; his advice (ads mostly) was sharp, fast, and grounded in real-world testing. Yes, it’s an investment. But if you’re willing to do the work and follow the process, LaunchBoom gives you a serious edge. We’ll work with them again for future product launches.

As a first-time publisher, I can confidently say our Kickstarter campaign for Whisker Wars wouldn’t have reached the same level of success without LaunchBoom’s help. From day one, their prelaunch checklist and video course gave us a clear roadmap. Every step was explained with care, helping us build real momentum before we even launched. As first time creators, this was essential for us to learn the ropes at a pace we were comfortable with. Equally valuable was the community they’ve curated. Fellow creators, expert speakers, and an incredibly supportive Games team that made us feel like we weren’t doing this alone. Anytime I had a question about our process, I would first post within their forum and get insight from those who have done it before. Where I think LaunchBoom really delivered though was in the creation of our prelaunch landing page and ad campaigns. Their team helped us craft Meta ad campaigns that not only converted, but scaled well on a limited budget. Their detailed feedback, strategic guidance, and hands-on support gave us the confidence (and data!) to spend smartly and see results. I see other reviews that claim LaunchBoom is not as supportive as they claim but we personally found this to be a falsehood. While we did not get "live support" with our package, it may as well have been with how prompt the team is with responding. That said, you MUST ask questions to get the support you need, and have to be open to the feedback they provide. We implemented almost everything Victor would recommend, and our data showed positive reactions to these changes. If you’re serious about launching a product and want a team that knows the landscape inside and out, LaunchBoom is 100% worth it. When we started working with LaunchBoom, we already had a 7-figure Shopify store and solid experience in e-commerce. However, crowdfunding and Kickstarter were completely new territory for us, so we were looking for guidance. From start to finish, the experience with LaunchBoom was perfect. As many others reported, they sold me on one of the best services in the market—turns out, it’s a glorified course. When you sign up, you get access to videos and course materials, and some kind of support by video (not live!). They sign you up pretending you’re one of the selected few. Then you enter the forum and see you’re not. They push you to invest a lot of ad spend, but by no means help you run the ads, create the landing page, or validate properly. Sure, they have a landing page builder, but it's still the customer who has to build it (me). I paid a lot—a lot—of money, for just some videos! Finally, our project failed horribly, and I am $20,000 in the red. TWENTY THOUSAND USD! I guess that some of their wealthy customers don’t care, but for me, this is on my credit card, and I’ll never get that money back. If they had been honest about the chances of success—if they had been honest in their sales calls and told me that most of their customers utterly fail—I would not have taken the risk. Is it their fault that my project wasn’t good enough? No. But the fact that they pretended to be the best ever seen, the fake reviews, the false claims, and the omission that most of their projects don’t reach their goal... made me, and hundreds of others, lose a lot of money. Avoid LaunchBoom!

Great value for the buck. They helped us to launch Aridnyk: Mythical Journey Kickstarter campaign. We got access to immensely valuable community and support from the Launchboom team. They were really great and supportive throughout the whole process. You have to be prepared to put in the work, but it will be much more effective and there will be much less hassle if you go with LB. Thanks Vic, Maria and everyone involved.
