The concept and wines are great. I had an initial issue with 2 day shipping, but they immediately fixed it. The only nitpick I have is that there’s a ton of messages from them. Part of this is a huge promotion going on this week, but IMO, still waaay too much.

I have spent $thousands from last bottle in 10+ years with mostly good experiences. A few times I bought quite mediocre wines that I did not enjoy after reading their incredible hype. Most delivery problems have been due to their reliance on FedEx, which is no longer trustworthy despite having been the gold standard years ago. My most recent disappointment, causing me to stop in the middle of ordering three times this week, is the notable increase in purchase for free shipping. For years I knew that free shipping required purchase of somewhere around $120. Today, about to order a $75 Brunello, I found three bottles required for free shipping. I just aborted the order.

My name is Glenn MacDonald. I have been a customer for about six months, ordering about five cases during the period. In early May two orders were sent to Walgreens and one “delivered” while I was on vacation. Walgreens returned the two orders to Last Bottle before I returned from vacation. The third order has vanished into thin air. I am out over $700 and Last Bottle does not respond to any inquiries. Total stone wall. I last emailed them today informing I would contact my credit card company and my state Attorney General’s Office of Consumer Protection if I didn’t hear back from them by June 13. Hoping that motivates a response.

I tried to amend a review I wrote about poor service. I received a call from the owner and he strongly apologised and said they were working on fixing the shipping issues. He sent me a very nice bottle of wine as a consolation and an apology while expecting nothing more from me. I felt, at least, they now recognise there is an issue and hopefully will rectify it. I appreciate the personal attention after receiving and unflattering review and will likely give them a second chance.

I've been doing business with LB for a long time. I bought over 200 bottles last year alone and was very happy, even with slightly slow shipping and service. But something has gone seriously off the rails. My most recent order has been sitting in "label created" status for over a month and emails at best get an auto-response saying "we're working on it." No you're not. You've forgotten about the people that made you a success. There are lots of other wine discount sites out there; until I hear that things are very much changed for the better, I'm done with LB. Update: After three emails I finally did hear back from customer service with an apology and a shipping update. I'm still not "happy," but I'm not quite as annoyed as I was. Clearly this company needs to up its game. Good deals alone aren't going to carry it forever.

I ordered 9 bottles from the marathon in December. Its now May. No wines have been delivered. I reach out to customer service regularly asking for updates. No response. They took my money for the wine. Over $300. I think I got robbed by Last Bottle. Ouch!! In the app, the wines say "paid, unfulfilled" as their status. Has been that way for months. Again, no response, no updates, but no problem charging my credit card. Theft

My order says it was delivered, except it was not delivered. Have tried to reach customer service but no response. Where is my wine?!?
