Lousy fulfillment and customer service. I made a purchase on Oct 14. It took 7 days for them to create a shipping label. 10 days later, my order is still in the company's American Canyon warehouse. An email to customer service 4 days ago is still unanswered. This first time customer made his last Last Bottle purchase.

I purchased 4 bottles of Burgundy back in July 2026. It's now October. I've tried to reach customer service, via email as they suggest, 8 separate times. Not once have I received a reply. This is totally unacceptable, and if I could have given zero stars I would have. I simply wanted to ask if there was an issue with my order, and if not, when would I receive the wine. I've been a customer for a number of years. My son as well. This truly was our Last bottles of wine from this group. Buyers beware.

Customer since 2019 & have bought a lot of wine (& olive oil) from Last Bottle (First Bottle, & Last Bubbles too). Their offerings are usually very good values & until a year ago I was a satisfied customer. Then I bought a bottle in August 2025 that wasn't received & it took over 4 mos for them to acknowledge it had been lost in the warehouse. As others have said, customer service and responses now seem to have fallen off a cliff. They finally refunded the purchase after 5 mos & I asked to speak with a manager. That never happened. I have tried calling, emailing, & even tracked down the email of the company president after receiving a postcard to "come back" with a discount code this past August. I'd like to continue purchasing from them. But no progress, no resolution, so no more purchases. I'd referred a few friends to Last Bottle too & have shared my experiences with them as well. I wish they cared enough to want to win back my business.

Oct. 11, 2026 Placed two order for 5 bottles in August 2026. Sept order arrived yesterday Oct. 10 FedEX who does not want a signature rather MY drivers License to scan. My wife cannot sign for the delivery, and so inconvenient the delivery. Also I paid $10.00 for cold pack! FedEx delivered in one day BUT the cold pack was NEVER cold! Totally warm cold pack, which if it had been cold upon leaving CA would have still been cold. My August order for 3 bottles still not delivered? I have asked 6 times when it is shipping NO RESPONSE and NO answer on my calling them? David Benz-Seattle

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered twice back in August. STILL have not received the wine. And they do not have a customer service phone number. Spent almost $400. Never again!

Shipping is ambiguous, their phone number does not work and they dont answer their email. I have 3 missing bottles, and two bottles that sat on a truck for 6 days with NO COOL PACK despite purchasing one. I have emailed them several times with no response. I'm going to dispute these charges on my Credit Card next.

Shipping is a HOT MESS! I ordered one bottle, which was received within a week. So I placed two more orders. The second order has been sitting in a warehouse for more than a month, and has not yet been shipped. The third order was shipped damaged, so FedEx returned it to the shop. Last Bottle website shows it was delivered and order was fulfilled - yeah, but not delivered to me. Emails to customer service have gone unanswered. There is no way to talk to a human at last bottle. I do not recommend this company.
