For the first few years, their price generally was really good as well as their service. Price now became similar to the lowest online price on wine-searcher, but occasionally higher than the lowest price. Their customer service DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS any more. Emails may take days to get response. Wine conditions for white wines occasionally not the best.(exposed to heat, had premox Burgundy, Sauternes bottles in the past.) They still accept returns when bottles are in original condition if reasons are proper and acceptible. Occasionally still offers good deals, so I'm still buying some bottles from them.

Another week of emails and no response. I don't want to be forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Update: They finally got back to me after 3 weeks and did offer a credit for the compromised wine.

I order and paid for wine 9 weeks ago. Have yet to receive the wine. The only way to contact them is via email to a generic help address. Extremely slow to reply, always a different name, promises to get back to me and never do. I asked for a credit since they haven't sent my wine, no response. I see good reviews, but as far as this customer is concerned, it is a scam. UPDATE - the organization finally reached out to me after numerous attempts to contact them and shipped the wine I ordered. I have revised my rating because my issue was finally resolved.

1/16/2023 - I placed an order on last bottle wines 10 days ago. I still haven’t received a date of when I can expect the wine. It says 2 to 5 business days, the wine is only coming from Napa CA I’m in Los Angeles weather is fine so not sure why it’s taking soooo long. Their app says the wine has shipped but no date on when it will deliver. I contacted the shipping company and they only have a label and no actual package. You cannot get a hold of anyone live at the company - their phone number refers you back to their email which takes a few days to get a response from. Overall very underwhelmed so far with lack of human support and time to ship. I’ll post back again if I don’t receive any feedback soon. Very disappointing. So I eventually received my wine, 12 days after I ordered. Thanks for delivering and thank you for your response. I updated review to rank 3 stars it was still very very slow and it’s impossible to talk to anyone. Also their email response takes a few days.
