The product I ordered is fairly nifty. But it took almost 6 weeks (with no updates) to receive and the instructions were in Mandarin.

I was not home when it was delivered but my Son unpacked it and it seems very good. The reason that I give a four star rating is the overall delivery time of several weeks and limited info during the delivery proces. At a vertaling moment I felt indirect. But very nice stuff!

Bestellung kommt direkt aus China (daher 3-4 wochen Lieferzeit). Leider auch qualitativ schlecht. Material wirkt billig und viel zu leicht. ist keine Investition wert, weil man aufgrund der schlechten Verarbeitung die Produkte nicht verwenden wird. Puck screen unbrauchbar (extremst scharfe kanten und billig verarbeitet), der rest ebenso.

Took over a month to get. Vacuum wand is false advertising. It’s garbage. Wouldn’t buy from them.

It took 6 weeks until the product arrived. Communication was mostly a one way street, if at all, responses were meaningless and unappreciative. I will never order there again.

Lastaforest asked me to leave a review. OK - first of all the distributor I received does not match the one I ordered. Secondly, the distributor doesn't seem to be adjustable. I can't figure out how to adjust it. So I left a message for customer service about these issues. To date I have not received a response. I'm thinking that I will have to return this item. This has been an upsetting experience. This company just doesn't seem to care at all.

Took 1 month to put the product in the mail, while the website said 4-8 business days

I purchased the Barista Air Wand, what turned up was not the one on the website. It was all in Chinese with not a word of English. Very low quality product.
