Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your purchase. We would like to kindly clarify that all of our products are made from 100% human hair. If you have any concerns about the authenticity or quality of the hair, we welcome you to have it tested through a third party – we are confident in the quality of our products. Regarding the fizziness you mentioned, this can sometimes be caused by environmental factors or the need for proper maintenance, such as using the right hair care products. We recommend using a leave-in conditioner and a wide-tooth comb to help manage the texture and reduce fizziness. Please feel free to contact our customer support team so we can better understand the issue and provide further assistance. We truly appreciate your support and hope to resolve this for you.

Dear customer, Thank you so much for sharing your honest experience – we truly appreciate your feedback! First, we sincerely apologize for the shipping delay and for your package being delivered to the wrong address in a different state. That is certainly not the experience we want any of our customers to have. Please rest assured that we are working closely with our shipping carriers to prevent issues like this from happening in the future. That said, we're so glad to hear that once you finally received the hair and tried it, you were pleasantly surprised by the quality. It means a lot to us that you appreciated the fullness, lightness, and affordability of our 16-inch crochet human hair – and that three packs were more than enough for a full head. We love that the hair brought back fond memories of the wet and wavy braiding hair from the 90s! It's wonderful to know that you would recommend it for spring and summer styling. Thank you again for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to serve you. We hope to provide you with a smoother delivery experience next time – and we look forward to having you shop with us again!
