Dear Kelli, Thank you for your honest feedback – we truly appreciate it. First, we're glad to hear that you find the hair quality great, though we're sorry that it wasn't as thick as you expected and that you received the wrong clip style (seamless instead of invisible). Please accept our sincere apologies for the mix-up. We have already reached out to you via email to request photos of the product you received so we can verify the issue and make things right. Once we receive your reply, we will arrange a solution as quickly as possible – whether that means sending you the correct invisible clip style, an additional pack for more thickness, or another resolution that works for you. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the chance to fix this. We look forward to your reply.
