Excellent customer service and client relationships, the staff is extremely warm, welcoming, and knowledgable. I have been going to laser away since 2019 for my aesthetic needs and the service and quality has never wavered. Within my local area they were one of the big names in aesthetics from their national reputation and at the local level they are fabulous!

After being a client for 15 months, I received a botched Botox job, making my forehead look lopsided. They wouldn’t fix it for two weeks and it still looks strange. In the past 6 weeks I have been trying to work with corporate to transfer my prepaid Botox credits ( understandably I do not trust anyone there anymore) to clear and brilliant laser treatments, which has been unexpectedly difficult. Corporate wouldn’t respond to me for 2 weeks, and our first talk I was subjected to verbal abuse (cannot access a recording of this call). I requested to speak with someone more professional and it took another 3 weeks, after I physically went into the clinic. They have offered to refund me 50% of my credit or force me to buy another package, otherwise I would have to pay 40% more for a clear and brilliant laser treatment (and I still have two sessions prepaid on file). They have removed two negative reviews on YELP within 24 hours, pretty scary this is possible in the USA. I’ve filed a BBB complaint and now requested arbitration (after finding a lawsuit online with similar complaints) so it’s evident this business has a pattern of misleading consumers, providing low quality services, and then stealing your money if you no longer wish to be a client. There are numerous reviews showing botched Botox jobs via pictures/ statements and even burns from their laser treatments. They boast they are a “black diamond provider” of Botox and that customer satisfaction is a number one priority. I wish I had done more research before becoming a client, but it is shocking that even after 15 months they wouldn’t care to repair the relationship. It’s frightening this company can still operate with impunity- do your research! Carefully read your consent form (I don’t even remember signing mine) because their policies are draconian. DO NOT BUY PACKAGES because if they mess up your face or body, you will not get that money back.

My nurse Lauren was outstanding. I give her 5 stars. However, My requests to receive my services by her were ignored 2 times. Also, not sure where you got Alana from, but my name is April…I like the name Alana though lol.

The therapist did not do the areas I asked her too and when I complained they have no customer support
