First of all very nice and honest staffs. I can't wait to see the results

I've had three laser treatments at the LaserAway Flatiron location and have seen a vast improvement in my hair growth. On top of the effectiveness, it is also relatively painless. They always provide you with creams and a stress ball during and after your session to make it as comfortable as possible. I am always greeted pleasantly and professionally upon arrival, and there are always appointments available if I need to cancel or re-schedule.

NIce place but I have had trouble when setting up appointments. It's been 3 times that i have issue scheduling an appointment on the day I can go. I had a family emergency and had to canceled my appointment but they could not set me up in a timely matter, they had scheduled me a month after .

My laser experience has been bad. I paid for laser hair removal of my underarms and bikini area. Underarms are ok but bikini area is no difference. The technician keeps saying it will. Happen but its the same as day one. What a waste of money. Service has also been sub par. Late openings. Lost appts. For this I spent over 1200 bucks? Ughhhh

Like any other business or grouping of people, some of their staff are outstanding, and others are mediocre. That understood and accepted, what has bothered me enough to stop using LaserAway is the manner in which we are bombarded with attractive advertisements that omit those small, but expensive details, like a barker at a cheap carnival who tells you enough to capture your interest and then leads you into an experience that is altogether different. And the palpable stress level of their employees is so extreme, there is always an uncomfortable edginess in their offices. I work in emergency situations all the time and do not need to feel the same kind of sharp and shrill energy at a cosmetic service. LazerAway somehow feels fundamentally dishonest, and in addition to how difficult it is to get consistent verbal feedback from the women who answer the phones (different info from different locations and numbers, who also don't know - or tell the whole story), makes it too much work to deal with them. After all, doing something to enhance one's appearance should not erase any potential pleasure by creating an absurd amount of labor or stress. All in all, I will pay whatever it takes to another provider, whose service is honest and gracious and professional. And just as an FYI/addendum, because I was not going to bother writing a review, other women in your waiting rooms have expressed to me their same opinions, as have 3 of my family members and 5 of my colleagues and friends, who will no longer use LazerAway.
