Love the extra communication regarding appointments and the staff is very approachable

Communication should be clearer
Nurses were not aligned with what my service included and the communications could have been Clearer. I left not feeling satisfied with results and I am going to a different business now for the same service. Employees were nice.

Great nurses, bad customer service
The nurses are great and know what they're doing. But giving two stars for terrible customer service. I have had 8 laser treatments in total and Laser Away definitely messed up at least 4 appointments, Last minute cancellations, they text you a day before to say sorry they're overbooked/laser machine not working etc. When you try to reschedule you have to wait at least a month for a free appt even though they messed up. You ask them to slot you in earlier since they made a mistake but they say they can't do anything about it. When you ask the staff to call you back about an available appointment they never do. They also frequently change appt times. If you make an appt for 12, you bet it won't be at 12, but one or 2 hours later. When I had a friend who worked there she made sure I got to attend my appointments if they cancelled on me, but after she left it was the same terrible service. If you look at the yelp reviews at Laser Away Flatiron, a lot of people are saying the same thing. Honestly the nurses are great and through and professional, it's a shame the front service desk girls don't know how to schedule. I got a great deal on my treatments thanks to my friend who was working there, and I am happy with the results of my treatments, but it's because of this disorganized scheduling that I am hesitant to pay full price for a package there now that my friend has left L.A.

Tattoo removal
Had my second appointment for tattoo removal and his place is beyon amazing. Very friendly and professional, i will surely recommend the business to anyone of my friends that need it

I have been taking my treatments with…
I have been taking my treatments with Deizure and she is awesome. She knows the pre and post care required and guides through. The atmosphere is really appreciating.

Zero Results, Corporate Values
Terrible customer service. Laser Away is smoke and mirrors. They invite you in with specials, and if you don’t see results, they punish you with the fact that your price was discounted. Money is money, it’s should not matter. Even the nurse agreed no results were evident. But corporate Laser Away offered no refund or partial refund. They are anti numbing cream with IPL which is unheard of at the other two med spas I consulted. Do not trust this place.
