Good overall but needs minor improvements
The staff are very nice. I was given an appointment at the wrong location but was able to be seen at my preferred location the day of the appointment. The mirror in the room I have been in is al scratched up which makes it difficult to apply my make up after a session. Sinks in the rooms would be nice so I don’t have to see people after I’ve washed my face in the bathroom.

Love this place!
Love this place! Everyone is so friendly and respectful. All the Nurses are well educated in aesthetic medicine so I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. I would say that the only complaint I have is not getting detailed invoices after each procedure, only cash register receipts. So, if you have money "banked" it would be nice to receive an itemized receipt after each visit. Other than that, this place is awesome!

I highly recommend Laser Away because…
I highly recommend Laser Away because their prices are affordable and their staff is friendly, professional and efficient. They’ve even managed to squeeze me in when I was late, but still did a perfect job zapping away my age spots and imperfections! I’m so happy to have discovered Laser away! I highly recommend Heather as she’s super fast and efficient!

Good place with good results
This location is friendly and confident in their work. I have been going to laseraway for hair removal for the past 5 months and have seen good results with good service whether I am in the office or on the phone with them. I would definitely recommend this business to others and have been for the last 3 months

Had IPL laser treatment and not one…
Had IPL laser treatment and not one thing happened exept a lot ofpain and no numbing cream was provided. I have IPL many times and not once has any doctor or nurse ever told me numbing ream wouldn't be provided. In addition, not one of the dark spots on my face lightened or turned black and sluffed off as is typical with IPL treatments. This is a sham that you all are providing to clients. What a joke.

I don’t recommend LaserAway
I used to love LaserAway but not with the changes over a year or so. I have been going to there for about four years. I set an appt only to have someone call me two hours before my apt to tell me the person I had scheduled with changed there schedule weeks ago. They should have at least let me know when those changes were made. I had moved my work schedule around for that appt. I worked four 10hr days just to make it work. Then I schedule again and was notified the night before that they didn’t have time to squeeze me in for everything I wanted done. When I literally was trying to get the two services I had been trying to do for weeks. When expressing how unhappy I was it seemed as if no one cared. When I finally got my services done I found out that so many rules and regulations have taken place that I can’t even do what I wanted to do anyway. But yet again the same thing I have been doing for 3 years. This company has become far too corporate . Once I use the product I bought I will be parting ways with Laser Away for good.
