Painless Hair Removal
Painless Hair Removal Lazer Away hair removal is as painless as it can possibly be and the staff are very friendly. It can be a little pricey but if it continues to be effective, it's worth it.

My last visit went well
My last visit went well, the technician is great. Previous appointments were changed every visit, I did not feel important enough as an client. I tried botox since they were going to give me another free clear and brilliant for the miss understandings, however it was a waste of time, i should have agreed to a free clear and brilliant instead of 10 units of botox which did nothing. I also couldnt wait to get out of the office after the botox session, i felt l was being talk to like a child. They also had a very rude receptionist that day.

The Pasadena California store has…
The Pasadena California store has absolutely NO HOT WATER! I waited 2 full months before returning for my 2nd treatment only to find a shop teaming with Technicians treating multiple Patients without the ability to wash their hands! *** Gross *** Everything else was okay, other than being told to use petroleum jelly on my face! Good gawd. A petro-fuel byproduct?! Hardly a beauty aid. I was also offered a 'baby-wipe' to wash my face. Huh?! A baby butt wipe on my face?! What is going on there! It feels like the super-cheap discount version of facial care, but with an extremely high price. Come on Friends. Pop for some top-shelf organic, luxury, natural products that don't harm fragile facial tissue. Eminence, Honey Girl, Andalou, Avalon Organics, and so many more to choose from! Need some help? I'd be happy to offer more suggestions. PLEASE FIX THE Pasadena stores PLUMPING!!!! They need hot running water to safely and hygienically treat skin all day. What is the problem? Fix it, and then take the repair fee off the rent. Do you care about your Clients? Cuz it's difficult to know after MONTHS of no hot water in a treatment facility. Buy an electric Tea Kettle and freakin' boil the water yourselves! This has to be a health violation.

I absolutely love Megan at the Lake…
I absolutely love Megan at the Lake Forest location! She is talented, smart and artistic at her work..while being a down to earth, great person. I wish Laser Away offered filler under the eyes, and Botox in the neck area. I have a Black Card with Laser Away, and still have to go elsewhere for other injectable services. I find that the front desk personnel are always changing too; making it impossible to develop a relationship......only the reliable, responsible Megan!
