I purchased Laresar L6 Pro. I wrote that I was having a problem with the battery and they said they would help me. I couldn't communicate for a while. After a while the battery is completely dead and I can't access it. I wrote to Amazon support line, they sent me an e-mail stating that the store does not exist and that they cannot help. The device has a warranty, but there is no contact person to reach. Terrible stay away.

Vendeur de très mauvaise foi! produit de mauvaise qualité. Le tube télescopique de l’aspirateur à cassé au bout de 5 mois, il a fallu faire des pieds et des mains pour avoir la pièce de rechange, et ce niais l’a envoyé à la mauvaise adresse, il a refusé de renvoyer le colis à la bonne adresse. A FUIR. Ni le produit ni le vendeur sont recommandables!

Battery stopped working and no response from the laresar and that too when its in warrant. I bought this via amazon and as usual they gave it up said its not our problem. This is such a fraud company, i wonder why there has been no action and how such a big company selling for fraudsters. basically if you ask your money back because there product is in warranty they will ghost you. I have all email trails of communication so far.

Acquistato il robot Laresar 6pro a fine 2022. Mai avuto problemi, assistenza sempre presente . Ora l'applicazione da inizio Aprile, mi dice che c'é un problema batteria e occorre contattare l'assistenza. Come prima risposta mi hanno proposto l'invio della batteria nuova entro 15gg (essendo ancora in garanzia_). Ma da allora sono spariti. Non rispondo nemmeno ai solleciti. Significa che devo buttare il robot L6_pro..?

Ho acquistato Laresar 7 aspirapolvere su Amazon anche in forza delle positive recensioni. Un prodotto abbastanza valido anche se con qualche piccolo difetto tipo il contenitore dello sporco che a volte si apre da solo. Ha funzionato per sei mesi poi la batteria non si ricaricava piu di punto in bianco. Contatto il servizio Post vendita che dopo avermi chiesto prova di acquisto e video del problema non risponde più e scompare senza dare una risposta. Sconsiglio quindi Laresar!

Aucun Sens chez Laresar, Un service client reactif mais franchement tres inneficace. Aucune aide de leur part. On souhaite commander une piece defectueuse sur leur site: impossible. Il ne delivre que les pieces gratuitement aux clients ayant achete sur leur site officiel. Pas de bol pour moi, j'ai commande sur amazon!! Une vraie blague mon histoire: Amazon me demande de contacter la marque Laresar. Laresar me demande de contacter Amazon!! Je suis en train de monter un dossier de plainte!

If there was a 0 star option i would have selected it was bad service at its best! I purchased a cordless laresar vaccum elite 7 in December 2023 and in march noticed the battery lasted maybe 12 minutes so i contacted Laresar and they said they would mail out a new battery...we are May 13 and still no battery after trying to contact them they do not return emails through the place of purchase i was given a tracking number only to find out a shipping label was created april 4th and nothing was shipped now they are ignoring me.. if you are thinking of purchasing a Laresar product my advice to you is turn around and RUN!!
