Extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service. I would strongly advise potential buyers to think carefully before purchasing from this company. I paid approximately £400 for a product, only to find that the company has suddenly discontinued support for it. Having invested such a significant amount of money, I find it extremely frustrating and disappointing that the product may no longer receive the support customers reasonably expect. How can a company justify charging customers a premium price for a product and then withdrawing support without adequate consideration for existing customers? This raises serious questions about its commitment to customer satisfaction, product longevity and after-sales service. Customers deserve transparency, accountability and continued support for the products they purchase. Spending £400 should not leave a customer feeling abandoned when the company decides to change its support policy. Based on my experience, I would urge prospective buyers to carefully consider the company’s after-sales support and long-term commitment before spending their hard-earned money. A company’s responsibility to its customers should not end the moment a sale is completed.

I would never buy a Laresar product again. I can't locate a local repair shop, get any response from the helpline, or find a replacement battery. Poor performance from the robo vacuum all together.

Be warned that you will not be able to buy replacement parts. We bought a v6 vacuum on 13 May 2025. In Sept of 2026 the roller-brush broke. We could not find a replacement and had to throw the vacuum away.

Bonjour aspirateur en panne au bout d'un an, avec une garantie de 2 ans. Contact du service client qui vous propose un remboursement de 30 € sur un aspirateur de 200 € à la base. vous leur exprimez votre mécontentement et il vous réponde qu'un échange est possible mais au bout de 2 semaines pas de chance plus d'aspirateur. On vous propose un remboursement à 50 € puis ensuite un remboursement à 30 € , cinq minutes plus tard, service après-vente déplorable. Depuis cet épisode ils font les morts. Par conséquent à fuir.

Terrible from the very beginning… the mop got caught up in the machine, so I only used it as a vacuum. After 1 year it stopped working! Pure Junk!!
