Where do I start .... the same situation as the other reviewers. Placed the order, received in a timely manner all of that was fine. The foundation did not set well on my skin, actually made me look horrible. Went through the return process. Via email they gave me "tips on how to put on make-up", instead of a refund. I have been putting make up on for 50 years, I know what works and does not work. Then they said they would send a replacement instead of a return. I did not want a replacement; I want a refund. I went to their website and copied the section that clearly states "100% refund if not completely satisfied" and pasted it in my response. Then they told me the process for returning - I was aware that I had to pay shipping, not a huge deal. I've been waiting and reached out to them just now asking the status. "we haven't received your return". Really? I went on USPS tracking and again copied and pasted in my response that the package was indeed delivered on the 15th. Now I'm just sitting here waiting for yet another ridiculous excuse why my refund is delayed. Stay away from this company. Soooo very disappointed.

The item was too dark! I couldn't get ahold of anyone for an exchange!!

Contrary to their advertisements, they do not respond to "100% guarantee" as I have not received my refund and the item was received by them 2 weeks ago. (At my expense). I cannot get a response. Will be happy to NEVER recommend this business nor their product.So disappointing. Targeting an over 60 population. Shameful.

Ordered from them over 3 weeks ago. Still have not sent my order. They charged my card though. I've emailed them multiple times and they keep saying they fixed my shipping address and it will be sent out soon. Same response for all 3 emails I sent. Tells me just a bot working on their end. I have already notified the credit card company and disputing the charge. Don't waste your time on this company they WILL attempt to rip u off!!!!

BEWARE!! If you are not satisfied Lanera do not want to refund despite their Refund Policy. Their refund policy was the reason I had the confidence to order the product. The foundation was terrible - certainly not the flawless look they promised. They box ship from China and want you to return the product to the USA 'tracked' before they will look at refunding. I have no confidence they will refund after checking the other reviews. I have requested assistance from Paypal with regard a refund.

If it's too good to be true, well it usually is. This product definitely does not do what is shown on the women in the advertisement. The foundation made my skin and wrinkles look worse. I will go back to using my regular foundation, so buyer beware. It is going in the trash because it is too difficult to return.

This company charged me $119 for 6 bottles when I only ordered one bottle, I contacted them right away. They wouldn’t cancel it. They wouldn’t refund my money. They told me I have to wait to receive the bottles and then pay for shipping back. They are a complete rip off. They scammed me! I never had such terrible customer service. Don’t purchase from this company.
