I can see the poor reviews for this product and whilst I am entirely happy with buying it direct from Lanera, pump is fine, etc there are two things you do need to be aware of. 1. Yes it is quite thick and shaking the bottle doesn't make any difference. If you want a 'dewy' look then this is absolutely not for you. It does force you into prepping the skin beforehand and applying it in a more rigorous way for sure. Skin needs to be well moisturized. It also needs a primer but not one of those gloopy primers. You do not need very much of the product itself. Work quickly with it. 2. The colours are very basic I feel. Light is too light for me (but may well work well in Winter) and the next colour up is fine for now as my face is tanned more but I doubt it would work in Winter. I suspect I will end up mixing two colours together. It didn't stay on that well in the heat I must admit, but there again it stayed on better than most foundations I have tried! I am in my late 50's. I need fuller coverage so I am happy to carry on using and buying the product.

I am a pretty critical person on customer service and even though they don't have a phone number to call, they were responsive via email. They made accomodations for the foundation I bought as it was too far for me. I am satisfied with the outcome.

Purchased in the hope of a better experience than Laura Geller products & product pushing AI chat. Pump didn't work but no biggie as I apply with a sponge. A little does go a long way but the coverage is perfect. Too much and it will settle into any imperfection. However a light application works well on 58yr old skin which has been over exposed to the sun, stress & nicotine.

My order arrived a week prior to the tracking date which was good. The pump didn't seem to pump the product despite shaking the bottle and pumping several times, however I unscrewed the top and applied that way. It did cover my age spots and wasn't like theatrical make up like a lot of anti aging foundations. I liked it and will order more in a darker shade for the summer months.

I have just bought this product and I wanted to return it, one of the conditions of return is that it hasn't been used but how can you know if you haven't tried it,because of this I wouldn't recommend it.

I did what everyone else did, ordered & then read these reviews. Yes it comes from China which was misleading from the advert. First time I tried not that impressed. No different from average foundation. However second time I applied with a damp sponge & that made a huge difference. Looked great. Customer service great, cannot fault. Replied within 24 hours or less. Sent me 2nd bottle free as wasn't sure about colour. You do have to wait a long time for delivery, my only downside. I don't usually do reviews but felt they had such negative ones that I hope mine helps.

My color was way too light. Would like information on how to return. Can’t find my order number. Will keep buff beige. The nude is way too light.

Good points... Lovely full coverage, only need a small amount per application Bad points... late arrival, colour ok but expected it to be darker. Pump wasn't working, now hit and miss. Matt formular can't see it hod pores and lines. Would love this improved with a dewy look and obviously the pump issue sorting. For me its 8/10 for coverage. Would be good if they sold a primer to go with this product. Would I re order? Would be interested to try il Makiage to see if its better or is this the same marketing web company?
