It has been 3 months since our initial agreement with L&M to install hardwood in our hallway. The job is still incomplete and the workmanship on what was done is awful.

I hired this company to replace carpet in one of my bedrooms back in November. They provided great customer experience from the beginning from when then sent their rep to provide the estimate to the final installation. Laurel was my customer service rep and very responsive to my questions and addressed all my concerns. I plan to replace the carpet for the upstairs in my house and plan to use this company again.

We had a great experience with L&M. As soon as I came in Laurel came over and offered to assist. I explained what we were looking for, and she led me right to the choices. She was knowledgeable about all of the product. I told her I would also have to come by with my wife to look again. They’re werent pushy, spent plenty of time with us. When we selected what we wanted, we indicated when we wanted to have it installed. They followed up the day prior to install. The installation was excellent, and done on time. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend L&M to anyone looking for floor coverings.
