Sales and installation of carpet and wood floors were good however the Company charges to put down a moisture barrier in a small area was extremely high.

Although the sales people were nice
Although the sales people were nice, I did not feel they were very helpful. I was told to check websites to see what I wanted instead of them helping me to make choice. When I asked questions about the difference in carpet brands they kept steering me to their brand w/o answering my questions. My salesperson was on vacation so the product was not ordered until she got back delaying my getting on their schedule. Creative Remodeling did a great job and Mike did a wonderful job on laying the tile. The job is beautiful but the front end experience very disappointing.

Great Technicians But Difficult To Schedule
The men repairing our floor were outstanding - worked hard to get the fix just right. Scheduling them on the other hand was a huge hassle - could not get anyone to return my repeated phone calls. Took weeks to get the necessary repairs completed.
