Ordered a report on a rental applicant using first and last name as landlord station requests. The report received had that name but was a different person. Landlord Station's requesting middle initial would have avoided that problem. My money was wasted.

It would be nice to have a response on inquiries during weekends instead of waiting til Monday. Just a suggestion. Thanks

This is very user-friendly system, easy to navigate and quickly get the results back. I have been used this for many year, and will recommend to anybody to do the screening.
