Hi, John! I do show that income verification was sent through on your most recent orders on October 23. If you did not receive those emails, please check your spam for emails coming from [email protected] The $5 charge would be Income Insights, which is not income verification. Your income verification came with the reference checks that you ordered. The $5 charge for Income Insights is noted at the checkbox when you choose to add it (the charge amount shows if the box is checked or not) and it would also show on the confirmation page with the total.
