It is not a particularly people friendly site. I had difficulty changing an email address and did need personal help by your excellent employee to reset and send the request to my customer. The report itself has been changed and isn't as informational and very hard to decipher. It no longer gives me my client recommendations.

Hi, Sue! I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble changing the address, but I'm glad you were connected to our team and that they were able to walk you through how to update that email. TransUnion did update the layout of their report a year or two ago and removed the recommendation that they provided, but that is the only piece of information that was removed.
