Absolute worst. If you want to purchase Lancome products DO NOT buy online. If you order a gift with purchase (even early on) you'll receive incorrect items, only part of the gift. Lancome will not contact you with any apology or replacement. They won't even let you return the item you bought (thinking you were buying it with the gift). And their customer service will do absolutely nothing to make up for the company's mistakes. NOTHING. A half-assed apology or rude short answers is all you'll get. Not worth your money.

I have ordered from Lancome.com several times and every time there has been a problem with the order. The Gift with Purchase never arrives (or items are missing) even if they are still advertised as available on Lancome.com many days later. In contacting customer service, they apologize and say they will send out missing items, but they never arrive. When following up again, you're told missing items are out of stock and you are simply out of luck. The Lancome.com business model seems to advertise Gift with Purchase packages to encourage sales with absolutely no intention of ever sending the out the bonus items. This is consumer fraud. If you value your time and money, do not order anything from Lancome.com. I won't ever again.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. If you are considering placing an online order - DON’T! After using Lancome products for over 30 years, I am going to stop using their products because of their outrageous lack of customer service. I placed an order for over $800 worth of Lancome products online earlier this year. When I received my shipment, there were only two (2) items in the shipment, although the packing slip showed that the entire order should have been in the box. It took several phone calls and hours to get my complete shipment. Every Lancome representative I spoke to was rude, ignorant, or both. I should have learned my lesson. I placed another order this week and have problems. I have unsuccessfully attempted to chat three (3) different days this week during the hours listed on their website & have tried to call Customer Service five (5) times today and get cutoff because of the high call volume. The automated message does not offer the choice of holding. Do not be fooled by their website.

An item was missing from my delivery, yet I was charged £25 for it. I’ve now spent a total of 2 hours on hold trying to speak to someone in customer services. Have also sent several e-mails over the past few days, but have had no reply from Lancôme. It seems I have lost the £25 and have no way of getting it back. I’m really appalled that such a well respected company would have such appalling customer services. I certainly won’t be shopping there again.

An hour and a half holding to speak with someone about a package I never received is totally ridiculous. This is a third attempt at trying to contact someone about this package!!!! A package ordered over a month ago!!!! Not cheap either! So we’ll see how long I can hold on this call.

Wonderful products! Maintained high quality for so many years. I am a complete fan and regular buyer.

They charged my card 6 times (!!!!!!!!!) for an order that didn't go through. Looking at the reviews on Trustpilot, it appears i'm not the only one who encountered this problem. Their website is never working. Also, they claim to offer free delivery but they charge you £4.95 for shipping. This is false advertising. When i contacted customer service few days ago, i was told to try back later. Few days forward, nothing has changed on their website so i'm not sure whether this is done on purpose or not. Any respectable company would correct such things immediately.

I went into debenhams to grab a treat for my lik one. While there i saw this fojndation on fb and liked to coverage,i had a colour match & full face done expertly. A genourous 5ml sample with fantastic customer service. I would however after reading some of these reviews stick to this particular store of small staff team but fabulous service. The ladys face was also floorless.xx Thank you.
