Hi Erin. Thanks for taking time to leave a review. We are running this trust campaign to solve all the issues we could possibly have . Apologies for what you have experienced until now. Just check with the team and it appears so : Our lab made a mistake inverting your cylinder. ( twice as per your feedback) however we sent you the corrected one in September 2019 and since then the team did not hear from you. So if it is again something wrong from us , just tell us. Hi Gerry. Deep apologies. Running a crowdfunding campaign is a harsh project as we need to fulfill 100% of our backers expectations as any established competitors . We made this possible by tightening the prices to make this affordable. When we make a mistake we definitely do our best to correct it. In the case one of our backer made the mistake in the address and the parcel is noted as delivered, there is not much we can do from our ends beside proposing you a deal. Refund is of course almost impossible as in the configuration of a crowdfunding campaign the funds are immediately deduced from the numerous commissions from the platform the bank, taxes, production , etc... so it is for those reasons we could not operate them. If you give us here or on the support platform your backer number , a team member will have a deeper look on your case . Thanks for your support and resilience on the matter. Lance Team

Hi Leila Thanks for leaving us a review on your experience, it is important for us to get the wider feedbacks possible to improve . It is definitely frustrating. You won’t contest that the team at least tried and fight with the Lab to make this right. Supporting a crowdfunding campaign is helping a startup to grow and get stronger and it sometimes require some understanding and resilience. Lance was initially driven by 4 persons and now growing to the next steps thanks to an amazing community of 12000 + backers in over 100 countries. We are doing that trust campaign openly so you everyone can freely express his opinion and described their experience and for us to do our best to make it up if you let us. The replacement was sent as promised and arrived in Israel . As per the ticket you opened a week ago , we opened the investigation to locate it . Bianca is on it.
