Customer service was exceptional. Jennie personally emailed me ensuring me that everything was going great and updated me on the status every step of the way! The Ring is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!!!!!!!! It is the most beautiful ring. the quality is top tier. The clarity is perfection. The facets are out of this world!!! Wow!!! I'm beyond impressed! Thank you all so much for the work you did!!

Easier and cheaper than going toma jewelry store…
L'Amour made it easy to create the perfect ring. I was impressed with the communication throught out the process. They would check in with me and make sure I was OK with how the ring was looking. The delivery was fast for a custom ring. We were impressed on how it looked. The ring looked just like the pictures and video. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I was truly impressed that throughout this entire process L’Amour Brilliance always remained communicative, professional, and personable. I was consistently given updates on what my ring would look like throughout the entire process and they always waited to hear from me to proceed. It was incredible! When the ring arrived, my delivery was secure and most importantly, beautiful. From the box that it came in, to the ring itself, you can tell everything was crafted beautifully. The ring was truly even more stunning in person! I am so pleased that I chose L’Amour Brilliance to help me with such an important moment in my life!
