However, the order was repeatedly confirmed, canceled, reopened, and followed by multiple disputes—even after the matter had already been thoroughly reviewed and resolved by Affirm, the payment provider selected at checkout. On both occasions, Affirm carefully reviewed the case and ruled in our favor, confirming that the order was fulfilled as requested.
