Good customer service waiting for replacement rug to arrive! Thanks for making this right.

The rugs arrived in a timely manner. The one disappointment is in the color. If you are expecting a rug with Christmas red in the appropriate places, you'll be disappointed. It is closer to brown than red. If I'm very kind I might call it rust. I'm keeping the carpet because I love the design. Very disappointed in the colors.

I love the holiday options at reasonable prices. The rugs are good quality while still being washable (depending on the size you may need to go to the laundromat to use an industrial size washer and dryer)

The pattern was gorgeous and true to color. I love the size. It was definitely thin and I can see that the nap will wear quickly- there are marks from the packaging. But for the price that is reasonable. The customer service was very fast and responsive. I would definitely buy again.

It came. And we did have an issue with the look of the one we bought. It’s soft and a nice print. The company resolved any issues we had. Nice company.

The order was super easy and it took about 4 days to arrive. The rug itself has a velvety feel and has nonslip backing. It looks just as described on the website. I ordered the ombré black rug and was pleased with the product I got!

I received my rug and it was dirty. I tried to clean it after I emailed Lahomme and they recommended me to do so. It didn’t work so I emailed them back and they said that they would replace it for me and they should as it was barely a month and I really appreciate that that they’re going to do that. That is good Customer Service.
