Great customer service

I didn't receive one of my rugs that I ordered and their team was absolutely wonderful. They sent it immediately to replace it. Their customer service meant everything. Loved my rugs! They made my outdoor space pop.

AMAZING RUG AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Not only are the rugs insanely soft, when I had an issue with one they took it back, even though I had had it for a month and sent me a new one! Best comfy rug i own!

I got the rug I ordered in and while it was lovely and very good quality, it did not match in my kitchen. I asked for return instructions and Customer Service informed me that I could keep the rug and they would issue me a full refund since the cost of shipping the item back would be costly. That is a truly lovely service offered and I found the team to be prompt and extremely accommodating!

The rugs are very beautiful and great quality! I have to say that their customer service is excellent. I did not measure the space properly (completely my fault) and reached out to customer service to ask about exchanging the rug for another size and they were very receptive, accommodating, and quick to respond. The customer service agent was named Jen and I highly recommend her if you have any issues with your order!

I’m not rating my experience based on the rug itself, I actually received a rug that I was iffy about. I asked for a refund and return instructions and Lahome cared about my satisfaction so much that they are gifting me the rug and issuing a full refund. Fantastic customer service. Thank you
