I haven’t even received my rug yet I just want to praise their customer service! The shipping company lost my package and when I reached out to Lahome they told me they are sending me a new one! They were kind, quick and thoughtful !

A really amazing business, my rug was “delivered” but never received and they were willing to send me a replacement. This is my second rug with this company and they’re fantastic. Highly recommend.

I reached out to this company because after making the purchase, I found the same exact rug on Amazon for 10.00 cheaper and could get it in 2 days and sent them a screen shot of the proof, they not only honored the discount, they expedited the shipping and it got to me 2 days longer then what Amazon could. That is great customer service.

I currently own 5 of your rugs. I started with one 5 by 7. Washed it , loved it. Had my hardwood floors refinished and then needed runners and a whole new look. I have a dog. Sometimes dog visitors, these protect the floors, look beautiful and wash so well.

Original delivery never made it to me. Jen was very helpful and generous in sending another my way. Very reliable company!

Jen, CS rep did a wonderful job solving my issue. 2 rugs delivered, wrong design. It took a few days for her to find correct rugs and send to me. Highly recommend this company for resolving issue
