I have 4 rugs from this company. They are soft, beautiful and the customer service is fantastic! I highly recommend them!

Although the rug is beautiful it is not what I expected as it is very thin and won't work for me. This company usually only gives refunds if there is damage or the quality is not as stated. However, they gave me a full refund and the rug as a gift. AND offered me a 10% discount on a new order. I am impressed with the communication and integrity of this company.

The rug is beautiful and so soft! We bought this for our living room after our dog destroyed our last rug. I haven't washed it yet, but so far the rug is a hit with our dog, son and friends. We bought the 6' x 9' green peacock rug for our living room and had fun looking through and finding all of the different hidden designs and animals. My dog was not home when we first laid it down and she immediately laid on it and seemed to really enjoy it. My son now plays on it regularly. I haven't washed it yet, but it looks like better quality than my other washable rugs that have started to fray after the second or third wash. This looks like it will hold up better structurally. I hope the color doesn't fade as well. Our Roomba has no issue cleaning it daily either. I love it and am looking at my next rug now!

I love Lahome rugs! They are very soft under foot and the colors are pure and vibrant. I have three and ordered a fourth- a runner. It arrived quickly and I was excited to see it in my home. Unfortunately, it was just a bit long and the colors just didn’t work. Lahome customer service was able to offer a partial refund to save me the trouble of shipping it back. I donated the rug so someone will enjoy the beautiful rug. Lahome customer care was responsive and eager to find a solution that worked well for me! I’m sure there will be more Lahome rugs in my future!

Rug was delivered extremely fast. It’s so soft my child was rolling around on it and claimed it to be extra fluffy. It looks great in my office!

Very happy with the customer service , the rug was very pretty but it was too big for our room. So, they offered a resolution to our issue . The quality seemed very good and it was a nice rug.
