My package didn’t get delivered, I reached out and was met with a quick response to leave a review in order to receive a replacement rug.

First rug got lost in the mail and they sent a 2nd, good customer service!

The designs are stylish and elegant, and the quality is incredible. They’re so soft underfoot and add the perfect cozy touch to my home. I"ve been shopping for washable rugs for a few months & came upon Lahomedecor rugs scrolling FB. There were so many beautiful patters to choose from,but found 2 that were just right for my home. I purchased 2 large and one runner. After placing the first order I decided to order a small matching one for the front entry. I received a message that the size I need was no longer in stock so was offered a refund or another option I chose to go with one the next size up. I was beyond delighted to have customer service contact me so quickly to resolve the problem and that they in kindness informed me that they would not charge the difference for the next size larger. Talk about customer service ------ they wrote the book on how to keep customers coming back. Refreshing to deal with people who treat ya like they would want to be treated. I'll recommend them with 5 Stars all the way !!

This was my first time ordering from the company and honestly it was a great experience. When my rug first arrived I noticed it was the wrong item and contacted them. They very quickly answered and got the mattered resolved very quickly and smoothly as well. The rugs are super soft and great quality. Even with the mishap I would absolutely order from here and recommend others order from here as well. Great rugs and incredible customer service!
