It took me 15 emails and 3 weeks for me to receive my rug past the day it said it would arrive. Be very careful with the rugs you choose, some are okay and will work (barely good, it should be way better quality for the price) but a lot are not good. I bought three rugs from this company and old one turned out somewhat like its photo. One is not the same texture as photographed, and the other is already breaking after one wash. Very disappointing and they have bots run their emails and have no other form of contact. Bot ass company, roughest online buying experience in a very very very long time. Also sad with this experience because the rugs were my birthday gift to myself :(

I ordered two rugs, one was a keeper but the other one didn’t look as nice as it was pictured. They claim to have an easy return policy, but that cannot be further from the truth. When I contacted them it took 3 days to receive a response. At first they offered me a 10% discount if I kept the rug, but I wasn’t interested in keeping something that wasn’t nice. Then they laid out the return policy. They want you to send the rug back (at your expense), if you’ve opened the package they will charge you a 10% restocking fee, and you won’t receive a refund until after they’ve inspected and approved the return. If I had known their return policy was this rigid and different from Amazon’s, I would’ve ordered the rugs from Amazon in the first place. I never took the rug out of the package, I only saw a little part to know it wasn’t what I expected. I could have returned it to Amazon the very next day without any hassle. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card, of course Lahome decided to decline my claim. It’s resolved now in my favor. I won’t be ordering from them again, nor will I recommend them.

I ordered from lahome direct from their website and when the product was out for delivery I noticed it was shipped by Amazon. I then looked on Amazon and found the same rug for $30 less. I emailed the company requesting the difference and was pleasantly surprised they said they would give it to me. I however failed to realize that they wanted me to leave a 5 star review THEN would give me the money back. This feels unethical to me. Had the company refunded me the money without question then sent me a link to review I would gave happily done so. Be aware reviews can’t be trusted as they may be so that someone could get their money back Update- this is what the email sent to me said “If you're happy with your experience so far, we kindly ask if you could leave us a 5-star review on Trustpilot. Once you've done that, just send us a quick screenshot or the name used in the review, and we'll promptly process the $30 price difference refund for you. 🌟”

I can’t give a review of the rug because it hasn’t arrived yet, but I can say I’m very disappointed in the customer service. I paid for expedited shipping which the site stated that I would receive the rug 1-3 business days after processing. However, the rug is expected to arrive more than a week after I placed the order. I inquired about my purchase using their chat function, and they are in no hurry to respond. At this point I would just order from Amazon and return the rug from la home, but based on reviews they make returns difficult and costly to the consumer as well. Good luck if you choose to order from LA Home Decor.

Terrible. Never received the rug. Emailed Lahome support twice and they never responded.

They won’t even let me START a return. I’m well within the return window and my rug is unopened. I’ve been going back and forth with them for a week and they won’t even send me a return address. I’ve heard many people have similar problems with their returns. Please do not buy from Lahome - they have extremely poor business practices. They will scam you out of money.

I ordered a rug that I fell in love with from the online pictures. When it arrived, it was nothing more than a pad whose construction resembled a SPONGE material, with the “design” PRINTED onto the surface! It is HORRIBLE construction, which is nothing like any rug I’ve ever imagined, and very very low quality. What’s more, their customer service wasn’t happy to hear I wanted to return it. They seem to have a game in place designed to not let you return the product, but instead accept a tiny percentage of what you paid, so that they keep most of the money, and you keep the shitty product they sent. They offered to refund me 20% of what I paid, and said I can keep the rug. Not acceptable, I said I’d like to return it and receive full price I’d paid. They replied, oh you don’t want to return it bc you’d pay at least half the cost of rug in shipping it back to us, so how about we refund you 25%? Ugh, the return “process” is impossible, the Chinese definitely do not have an ethical business set up to serve customers. Idk what the final outcome will be but it seems to me they’re going to keep giving me the runaround until at some point they’ll say, oops, you have waited too long, the return window has now passed, sorry! My advice is AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The rugs I received were not like they appeared in the photo. It is hard at times to know the exact feel and color from a picture. The return is almost impossible. I have had to jump through hoops to get a return label. I have decided to keep the rugs and suck it up to experience in the trust of a company. They don't tell you of the difficulty of the return only how easy it will be. Not true. Never again.
