Amazing customer service!!

The Lahome website is easy to use. The hareldest part was choosing between all of the beautiful designs and colors. Lahome is the only washable rug retailer that had rugs large enough for my spaces. My rug order arrived when it said it would. *Note if you order a backordered item it will look as if it is shipping with your order, but it will not until the date listed that the back order is expected to be in stock.* The rug arrived in nice packaging, I was afraid it would be too big to move on my own. It was not, it was folded neat and I was able to move it into my space. It unfolded easy enough. It is SO soft. For a living area rug it is enjoyable to sit on. It only took 24 hours for the fold lines to disappear and lay completely flat. Within the first week we had a spill, and as advertised the liquid puddle on top and easily soaked up with a towel! No wetness left on the rug! I turned a fan on just as extra assurance that it dried, but do not think it was needed. My only find with these rugs is you can not use a high powered vacuum. It will get sucked- up in my Dyson stick vac. I use my rubber bristle broom to sweep it. And that sweeps it clean nicely. Or I use my Miele canister vacuum on the low/curtain setting which too works well with the beater bar going. Over all I LOVE THESE RUGS! I am happy with my purchase and would buy them again in a heart beat!!

I really love the designs of their rugs! However, it is their customer service that will keep me coming back. There was a shipping issue with one of my rugs (as these things can happen), and Jen (from Lahome customer service ) made getting a replacement painless and seamless. It was such a pleasure corresponding.

The rug that I purchased is fabulous. It is thick for a washable rug it's soft I absolutely love the color although it's a tad darker than the picture that's totally okay. 2 years ago I had bought another kind of washable rug from another source and I cannot even vacuum over it it's so thin but I can vacuum over this rug. To me that meant how much higher quality. I would recommend these rugs to anybody I just purchased my third of this runner that I have down my hallway.

I ordered and quickly received the rug. But I mistakenly believed (without opening it) that it was something else. I contacted the company and they immediately went into action to make things right. Luckily, I found my mistake and let them know before I ended up with two rugs.

My first time as a Customer - purchased 2 rugs. I appreciated the notifications when the rugs were being delivered. They arrived as scheduled and exactly what I expected! I’m ready to entertain now for the Holidays!
