I bought the adorable insect rug. It took quite a while to arrive and I thought for sure I had been scammed. It arrived after 4 weeks and was folded into a small package. This rug was a HUGE disappointment! The ‘rug’ is nothing thicker than a decent weight beach towel. The knap is soft and rub-able, but when you rub it you can see the white pile underneath which means when you stand and walk on it the pattern shifts and you see white patches. This is the wrong type of material for surface printing. The pattern IS adorable but colors are dull and like I said patchy. I still can’t get the fold marks out despite hand rubbing and vacuuming, which affects the overall appearance. Please save your money and save up for the real rug if you truly love the design! Hopefully you can find it on sale. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Never received the outdoor rug that was to be included in my purchase. My 6×9 rug came folded up in a little box instead of rolled and now I have white lines where the creases are. I am hanging it up outside to see if any of the creases will come out.

Scam website and products. Will not reply to emails for returns. Products do not match photos and are stolen from other companies

The color is not anywhere near what it looks like on line and quality is not good. How do I return? Lynne Bendt

I was trying to send back the rugs. The cost to return is high. Offered 10% refund for the rug. I refused. Then offered a refund only if I give a five star review, (which is deceiving to other customers). Still have not received refund.

I attempted to return the product as it’s very thin and fine and not what I was looking for. They ghost me and then they try to convince me to take rebates and credits to keep the product. Not an easy company to deal with at all.

Absolute scam of a website. They don't even have an address in the U.S. or a phone number. The charge got processed from HongKong. I received a completely cheap terrible quality rug, not at all what was pictured. When emailing trying to ask how to process return and refund, there was a robotic response telling me the cost to return is too high, so instead they could offer me a 20% discount. The rug was $140. I said that was unacceptable, and they later responded that they would issue me a full refund only if I left a 4-5 star review, which is unethical and a complete misrepresentation on my part. I reported this website through my bank and also through the Government. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
