Took longer than expected to receive my order but I do love my new rugs.

I appreciate the customer service I received. The rug did not match as well as I hoped, but it is a nice product.

I had purchased two Christmas rugs, and pleased with the quality and feel. Ordered a summer rug and it was not the same. Very plastic and unappealing look and feel. After several emails was offered a solution I found acceptable.

Didn’t like the rug I ordered. They contacted me and are giving me a refund so I’m happy with their customer service.

The rug is beautifully designed, but I think still needs some quality improvements in order to beat competition like Ruggable. The shag shows some white at the root and has to be swept in a very particular way in order to hide it. Customer service was excellent and provided partial refund.

I ordered a rug that just wasnt what I expected, but when I went to return it they were very nice to make it easier for me. To keep the rug instead with a refund. Nice customer service.

The print on the rug is clear and detailed. The size 5x7 was perfect for the accommodating mat I purchased without having to trim anything. Some parts of the rug where there were creases or indentions make it almost impossible to remove the white underside of the dyed pieces but you cannot tell from a distance. Just unpacked it so I'll have to see how it settles on the floor. I would recommend a carpet mat underneath if you want something more cushiony or to stop it from moving. There is a small snag on the outer trim. Overall though it's probably worth the price if your looking for something affordable with a unique design. It's super soft to the touch.

The rug is so cute and soft! Exactly what I was hoping for. The customer service was also top tier. Will be recommending to friends and family!
