I ordered two rugs and they were shipped and arrived promptly. I expected them to be more plush, with thicker pile. The sizes were as expected but the materials were not of the quality I would expect for the price I paid. They also came folded up in shipping and that causes seams in the design.

I ordered a beautiful rug but when it arrived it was unfortunately not at all what I expected. The color was so different from what was shown on the website that I truly thought the wrong rug was shipped to me. The photographed rug was a vibrant green but what arrived was a dark forest green. I was disappointed because I chose this rug to draw in some green colors in a large painting in the room it was supposed to go in. The difference in tone made that impossible. The rug is so thin that it’s like having a tablecloth on the floor, making it impossible to vacuum it without it getting completely sucked into the appliance. Lahome suggested the hard floor setting, which did not work. Shaking off the rug outside is very hard as it’s an 8’x10’ rug.

Update : Lahomedecor.com has kindly offered me a partial refund for my rug, which I have accepted. I appreciate their reaching out and doing their best to rectify the situation. Is this even the same rug? I ordered the Cloris washable paisley floral beige/celadon area rug from Lahomedecor.com, which, on their website, looked to be a buttery yellowish beige with some pretty seafoam blue areas, all very light and pretty. I received a very dull, bland beige rug with unattractive dark blues, dull brick reds, some darkish grey, all in all not the least bit what I was expecting. I even had to check if the floral design matched the online pictures because it does not look like the same rug. The florals do match, so apparently this is the correct rug. I understand that looking at colors on devices is tricky and sometimes things are off, but this is extreme. I’m going to keep it because it will work in the room, but it’s definitely not going to give the cheerful effect I was going for. Very disappointed - maybe it will eventually grow on me, I don’t have high hopes right now. On the plus side, delivery was quick and the rug is soft and not too creased from packaging.

The rug would simply not flatten. It was dangerous. I found their customer service lacking. I will not buy from them again. Many reviews call this company a scam. UPDATE I let them know how I felt about this experience. To their credit, they gave me a full refund.

I ordered 2 rugs, and only 1 arrived. I messages the company, and they resent the one that never arrived.

I’m a little disappointed in the back and forth it takes to simple return the rugs. I only wanted to return because the colors weren’t a match to my drapes better. We will see if they really refund 100% like they said if I wrote a review. I will let you know
