I received the rug yesterday and like the rug. The fold marks mar the appearance and I am disappointed. Is there away to “brush” them out? As the rug is washable do you recommend wetting and brushing the fold marks? I am considering returning the rug and will need instructions. The packaging for the large rug came in an Amazon box. The free rug packing is unknown. I have retained all packing.

Returns are a disaster please do not order directly from the company! I ordered 4 larger rugs which I love, the quality is good and design beautiful- they really are unique and soft and resistant to liquid spills. However, I ordered a smaller rug for only $30 and I have been going back and forth for weeks trying to return it and they want to offer 10% back only and even though I sent photos and noted a quantity issue I keep getting back the same automated response with the same offer. It’s not even that much money, but it’s the principle that they say they allow returns in their policy and refunds for quality issues so I continue to pursue it. Email got me no where so I try the chat feature, but I cannot seem to find a real person to talk to. At this point I will not make any more purchases from them despite loving the other 4 rugs. It’s not even logical to make a return so difficult from an otherwise happy customer. Buyer Beware!

Very unhappy with the customer service. The quality of the rug I received was fine, but I did not care for the style in the space. I emailed Lahome and asked for return instructions. They did not seem very eager to take it back and offered a discount. I said no, I wanted to return it and offered to pay return shipping, but they never responded. (This was several months ago.) They later said they were having problems with their customer service (obviously!), but that’s all they’ve done. The issue has never been resolved. The unused rug is still sitting here in its box.

I bought a rug that I really liked and thought that I would buy a second one. When to my surprise the rug I wanted was on sale! Well wasn't I surprised when the sale price was higher than when I bought it in early December.
