Waited FOREVER for delivery and never got my product!!! They continued to assure me it would arrive on time but after stating it was out for delivery they then stated it had an issue with the shipper. BUYER BEWARE

DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered one item. Arrived late. Not the item I ordered. Really bad quality We’ve been going back-and-forth with emails with no resolution. Contacted PayPal, and after their review, I received a refund. Now I’m being harassed by the company to pay them back or return the order. I have no problem returning the order, but send me a return label which they are not doing. I’m not paying to send it back when it was their error. Avoid, this company at all costs. PRODUCT COMES FROM OVERSEAS not USA!

I placed an order on 12/21/24, I was told it would arrive January 5 through January 9, 2025. I soon realized that this company has major problems. They changed the arrival date to the end of January, which was not appreciated. Customer service kept telling me to be patient, we're sorry, please give us more time. At this time, it has been more than 5 weeks. It no longer is a Christmas gift. I tried to work with the company, but at every turn there was another problem. I received a tracking number; however, after 12 days, the package had not even been delivered to the USPS location. The Los Angeles fires were supposedly a slow-down, then I get a notice from USPS that there is not enough postage, so the package would not be delivered. I, again contacted customer service, but just heard more of the same excuses. So, I decided to demand 100% of what I paid them be returned. It took Paypal about 3 hours to send a confirmation of the return of my money. I am sorry Ladyjacket, but I truly ran out of patience and it was evident that people are very dissatisfied with this company.

I wish there was a 0. I have been dealing with this company for 2 months. Never received my order. I've been getting auto/fake generated emails and I have a fake tracking number. I finally reached a person at the phone number on the site (which is a Google phone) that does not identify the company. The company is in one "state", phone number from another "state" and someone from China called me. This place is a complete scam. Still fighting for a refund which was promised. Make sure to report to your Better Business Bureau.

She got it she’s happy even though ninjeard her team isn’t even in the championship anymore the jersey so late. They’re not fraudulent maybe short staffed idk she got it though she’s happy so now I am too

My order took about 8 weeks to arrive. When the tracking number was followed it appeared to be moving from place to place in New Jersey. When the tracking number was followed by a true service, it was actually being shipped to different locations in China, thus the long delivery time. The jersey quality is decent but the stitching of the name and number are horrific. There was still light cardboard that needed unpeeled between the decals-very tedious to remove. The main concern is the stitching is so poor, it is unraveling and the name is coming off. They would not offer a return/replacement/refund. They offered to refund 20 percent, but so far that has not happened after 4 weeks. I would avoid them, they are not worth the discounted price.

This was the worst experience ever. The product was sized way off for a women’s jersey and it was very cheap material. They give you the run around for refunds. Requested to send pictures multiple times and then took forever to respond. Their main goal is to provide cheap products and long delivery times. Poor quality and customer service .
