I feel bad for the situation your store is in right now. The long shipping time has made some customers lose patience and leave harsh reviews. But I totally get it—my order was custom-made, so I knew it would take about 3-4 weeks to arrive. In the end, the jersey finally came, and it looks amazing! The stitching is super "clean", and I’m really happy with it. Just wanted to leave a good review and hope that other customers waiting for their orders will see this review. I can't give enough thanks and appreciation to the people at Ladyjacket! I ordered a custom hockey jersey from them and it was beautiful, especially for the price! Unfortunately, the first shipment was a tad too small for me. I contacted them about sizing and a brief conversation and a couple of emails they were happy to replace, free of charge, my first jersey with one that fits perfectly. I ordered this jersey without reading the reviews and when I saw the reviews later , I THOUGHT!! I made a terrible mistake. I ordered the jersey as a gift and when I received it I was impressed by the quality and the look. Very thankful and the receiver loved it too! Also, I was concerned about the shipping delay, and they seemed to pull some strings and it came in on time and I was very relieved.

I ordered a football jersey for my son. The jersey looks great! Delivery was timely and as promised (about 3 weeks including a couple winter storms). Lady jacket’s customer service email was also very responsive. Many thanks again for the jersey.

There’s a lot of people leaving bad reviews because their order took too long, they order their stuff around the holidays and of course it’s going to take a while longer than the normal.
