Ordered a jersey and realized it was gping to take a couple months. Now tho the tracking number they gave me says it wont be delivered due to incorrect postage. And of vourse no replies to my email and can never get anyone on the phone there.

Jersey took 2 months to get here. "5-7 days" is all they kept telling me. Finally came, not what I ordered. I'd search elsewhere for your future products.

I ordered a jersey from them back in October, and it arrived. My kid liked it, and it was decent. I ordered again on Nov 23rd for a Christmas gift. I asked on Dec 14th if it would arrive by Christmas. They assured me it would, even though the tracking showed it sitting it in the same location for weeks. It never arrived, and they gave me many excuses about it being a busy time of year. Two weeks after it’s predicted arrival date, I filed a dispute with PayPal, and I was refunded.

Ordered hockey sweaters before Thanksgiving for the Winter Classic on NYE. Original date of receipt was given to me as Dec 14th.... like everyone else, they never sent the package. Created a shipping label Dec 3rd but nothing after that. I'd rather buy a Rolex for $20 from a homeless guy in a Chicago alley than from this company again. Btw, visited the website and now they are selling zippered bras. We all got scammed. Update: we got the sweaters today, 31 days later than promised. Very thin material, no inner lining, but the stitching was actually really good. Too bad their shipping system is so screwed up. If delivery had been better I would have ordered from them in the future but, even if they were still operating as "LadyJacket", I won't order again. There are better options. I gave them another star do to the stitching quality.

Package was late getting in. I reached out several times to customer service and they were punctual and did return. After the Jersey arrived, it was too large. I requested an exchange. Was told they do not do exchanges. Unfortunately, this was a gift, I did not have measurements beforehand. Would not recommend to order from this company or others that have similar websites. I think this site has multiple different sites under different names.

I understand that during this time orders take a littler longer, but I didn't think it would take this long. I ordered my jersey on 11/15/2024 and still have not received it. I haven't even received an email stating that it was processed.

Update 10/26 our jersey has arrived. 21 days after purchase. Thank you. My family has had a terrible experience with ladyjacket.com and will not use them again. I purchased a jersey for my son on October 5, 2024 and have yet to receive it on October 23, 2024 (well after their 14-17 day estimated arrival time). Though I purchased with the correct shipping address it was accidentally sent to the wrong address on another coast! After spending hours on a chat with their customer service (they have no number to contact anyone) I was sent this email after requesting overnight shipping to correct their error: 10/22/24Hello, I’m reaching out to update you on the shipping status for your order #XXXXX. We would like to inform you that there was a small mistake made by our staff while updating the tracking number in the system. They mistakenly entered the tracking number for a different order. Currently, your order is still in transit and is expected to arrive in 5-6 days. Please kindly wait. Here is the correct tracking number for your order XXXX.
