So brought the wooden rainbow sound tower as a Christmas present for my toddler. Do not buy. It came with no instructions to put together and has splinters in the wood. When I finally worked it out based on the picture, I spent 25 minutes gluing the bits together for it not to work. The marbles don’t go down the tower and instead just fall off. Clearly cheaply made and no thought gone into whether the product actually worked. I stupidly did not check trust pilot before ordering. Will not make that mistake again.

I could have brought them from Temu which would have been better quality. I would say crap but that's not who bad they was even worse.

Stay well clear from this company, absolute scam. Ordered from this company and paid next day delivery, 3 weeks on still not received my item and takes days for a reply via email as the number doesn’t work. When they reply they say you will receive next day still not got item. There tracking link, now I looking is clearly fake. Avoiding this company is the best thing you could do.

Beware stay well away from this company , shoddy products and near impossible to contact them for a refund

Bag of crap , cheaply made , damaged not working and just not worth a tenner let alone the £60 I paid for it .

Totally a scam company Do not buy from them Product never came Did not reply to anything I asked them

1 STAR IS OVER GENEROUS - SHOP ELSEWHERE- BIG TIME SCAMMERS I purchased the following from this website before I read the reviews: Premium Winter Riding Boots These are totally not as advertised. The key features on your website state: Moisture Management: Removable perlon insole wicks away moisture and adapts to your feet for all-day comfort. Shock Absorption: Unique gel sole provides cushioning, ensuring soft, light steps and ultimate walking comfort. Stability and Grip: Preformed upper offers excellent balance, while the anti-slip Duratread sole keeps you secure on any terrain. There is no removable perlon insole - this is not removable. There is not a unique gel sole / anti-slip Duratread sole - It is moulded plastic and does not look anything like in the picture. The description also states as follows: Experience superior protection with these waterproof leather boots, designed to combine style, comfort, and functionality. Perfect for both equestrian activities and everyday wear, these boots ensure your feet remain warm, stable, and protected in any situation. These are not not in any way leather - there is no markings stating leather uppers. The logo is significantly different to the one in the photo. There is no return address. A total fraudster and rip off website. Please steer clear and save your money. UPDATE: After several emails, I received a 70% refund on 24.12.25 and got to keep the boots. This was a mutual agreement.

Placed my order while ago and it’s still not delivered . and no response from customer support!!! don’t waste your money.
