We brought a item in good faith from the company. It was meant to be a 12 to 14 inch stained glass table lamp. Instead we. Received a 6 inch plastic copy hand painted ordinary paint, with no safety insurance on the electric lead, and no return policy, no return option and no information given to return the item. We asked for a return address (not given) and were told all responsibility for shipping the item back to China was ours. There words (please note that this item is handled by our overseas warehouse in China. Thais means that return shipping would be your responsibility, and the lamp must be in unused original condition. Before we proceed with providing the return address, could you confirm that you understand and are comfortable with these conditions?). This is what the company replied back with when we asked for the return address. I would not advise anyone to buy from this company.the original price of the lamp was more! I see it so say as advertised as a price reduction. Price before the reduction was around £80, I bought it as a price of £40 in a sale! Not knowing that it was just a bit of plastic painted what looks as if it had been done as a class project!

Tried to access package tracking and can't get through to anyone. When I purchased the item I thought the store was selling bags. I purchased a backpack. So I was surprised to read multiple sources talking about the company as an interior Design store. Of course, I now it is unlikely I will ever reive any product or one of appropriate quality. I checked Trustpilot beforehand but now I know the real details. It pays to do diligent research. This is for anyone thinking of buying from here. The company will disregard this message with a laugh all the way to the bank!

Firstly I shouldn't have had to give it 1 star but I had no option. This company to me is a total scam. I was looking for a garden strimmer and somehow the Web took me somewhere and ended up ordering it. Wish I looked them up on trust pilot first. They took my money and I never received my order. Contacted them after 10 days and they replied 3 to 5 days I should get my order. The order never arrived, now after I contacted them again they're saying 5 to 7 days I should get my order. They're taking the (mick) (I should have used another word). I've opened a dispute with my bank, also with the citizens advice and trading standards. In my opinion these companies shouldn't be allowed to run. Think I said enough. WARNING DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM LACASDELLAFIBRA.

I did the same as many people on here! Ordered something on 29 September has not arrived and emails saying out of stock etc - asking for refund no chance I suppose after seeing reviews. Will contact my bank for a refund. Realised it was a Chinese company but too late. STAY AWAY

I ordered a tap from this company and on arrival it was found to be faulty. I can not fault this company for how they dealt with it. I emailed them the issue, sent pictures of proof and with no quibble I received a full refund. Thank you for your excellent service.

This was my first time ordering from this company, and I must say, they are a brilliant team. They are trustworthy and excellent at serving their customers with respect, professionalism, and clarity. I’m very impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them.

1 star given as it's not possible to give 0 stars! In stock on the web site turns out not to be and was out-sourced to a foreign supplier. 3 to 4 day delivery promised turned out to be nearly 3 weeks. What they won't tell you is that the goods you order are actually coming from Temu or Shein or similar. They have no shop or warehouse! They did reply to emails but only to apologise, no refund offered when asked for during the waiting period. Also, be aware that their positive reviews on Trust Pilot appear to be manufactured (according to Trust Pilot). An appalling company and would not recommend them to anyone.
