Excellent Service!

I'm very satisfied with the LabJack suite of products and services. After an initial learning curve, their products are very easy to use and are quite versatile. The online manuals/guidance that they provide is excellent, far superior to National Instruments in my opinion. It's made my life a lot easier trying to troubleshoot problems or learn how to take a certain type or quantity of measurements and overall removed proper data acquisition as a problem I face in my PhD research. Would definitely recommend.

very happy with electrical performance, excellent price, great programming support. I use ancient Visual Basic 6.0, example programs functioned immediately and were written so well I learned a couple of things about programming in general.

Fast action on order & very responsive to concerns that led us to change course due to COVID19 and loss of program funding. Will circle back if we can get our project going again!

I like the LabJack Package were we can test our products componets (pressure/ temp./flow) . We use the U6 with LJ Tick-CurrentShunt for our4-20mA inputs it works great We do basic logging/test with the LJ ControlPanel. and look forword to try some of you sample tests. Thanks,

I have T7-pro and it is an excellent product. I have used several other products in the past. What makes this company and their products, in my view, so exceptional, is that they provide top notch customer technical support. On line manuals on their web-site are quite detailed and contain several examples. I also like on line technical information (e.g., thermocouple noise issues, etc.). Recognizing the fact that the scope and depth of technical issues are sometimes overwhelming, technical support plays such a big role. The response from LabJack technical group is prompt and just to the point.

I used a LabJack to automate an entire greenhouse! Besides the excellent flexible hardware, the large number of programming languages supported was key to making the project easy. I also had to connect a number of custom sensors and LabJack's wide assortment of accessories made that easy!
