Excellent hardware, good customer support. It works well enough I have introduced it to my new employer as an alternative to shelling out thousands on LabVIEW for simple measurement and automation tasks.

LabJack has provided excellent hardware which can incorporate large numbers of different devices and signals into an efficient DAQ system. I found the API easy to learn and as-advertised. I will definitely be purchasing more from LabJack.

LabJack has overall been a good experience. Their products work, and they have available customer support (chat) that makes getting answers easy. We are a sub-contractor that was told to use LabJack T7 controllers in our products. We found out after a while that the T7 was too large for our application (even just the PCB assembly). We had to transition at the last moment to the T4 (board only) and get creative with our many digital I/O (which we had to wire into a matrix to minimize the I/O lines we used). We had planned to use the daughter boards but they also would not fit. Luckily, LabJack had the forethought to provide the DB15 connector with most of the I/Os provided, and we were able to find a flat cable assembly to break them out and wire in our application. The T7 provides the same I/Os on its DB15 connector, which allows you to "move up" from the T4 easily. The I2C interface worked but be sure to provide pull-up resistors! I was impressed with their quality and how well the test program worked with the T4 and T7 to shorten development times and speed up the testing process. If you are short on time, LabJack will get you to the finish line.

Great device but even better customer support. I purchased a T4 to log pressure, flow rate, and force. The device worked as expected, but the LJLogM graphic user interface along with the customer support made my experience with LabJack fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone!! I had a little trouble realizing the LJLogM information page was a menu to click through at first.

We've used LabJack for over 15 years in a variety of situations to control and monitor instrumentation. Setup was always easy, and the systems have worked with virtually no problems. Any questions we had were resolved either with the comprehensive User Manual, or a quick email to LabJack. Very impressive performance over the years at a super low cost.

Helpful device that delivered on its promise

After one more years my U6-PRO still working OK, However when it collect data have about 10 µv feed back to the source the COLE-PARMER recorder can pick it up. I don't know how to due with that.
