Device works really well, does what it says it does. it is easy to use and very reliable. On top of that, LabJack technical support is so helpful.

The reason Labjack products are better than any other DAQ devices is simple: the support is top-notch — both in terms of the feedback on the user forums whenever I have a problem and the software quality + documentation. I use both Labjack T4 and U3 for digital I/O control of neuroscientific research equipment, and interfacing with MATLAB is trivial. Looking forward to future products with faster command-response times...

We have nearly 100 telescopes protected from bad weather by LabJacks. Every dome, every observatory building has the roofs/shutters open when the weather is fine. When we have smoke, fog, dust, clouds, rain/snow, condensing moisture or when the sun is above the horizon the roofs/shutters close. If there is a failure...i.e., a shutter doesn't close properly we need onsite personnel to be alarmed no matter what the hour. LabJack collects the data and a computer in each building processes the data and controls the closures and alarms us if something isn't right. We count on LabJack to get it right 24 hours a day--365 days a year.

I needed an interface with analog and digital I/O that could connect to a laptop. The Labjack was easy to deploy. I have since used it for several things, a good item for the toolbox.
