LabJack products have performed well in our lab, they present a great value for data logging and the technical support is top-notch. We'll buy more from LabJack in the future as we replace and expand our logging capabilities.

Great stuff only real knock I have would be how much of a pain it was to make sure I had T7 setup for K type thermocouples. There are help docs but they are scattered about and rather vague. But support was very fast to respond and has been most accommodating with issues I have had with older tool U12, so this is really more like 4.9 stars. Have only had running for a few weeks now, so little limited in my experience but does seems to be a rather simple but robust solution, doing what I need it to do. Have to look into other uses people have for it to see about expanding its use in our lab. Thank you LabJack!

Thanks Luke! Thermocouples are indeed a pain to use on any platform but we agree the documentation can be improved, consolidated and simplified. We are working on updating our thermocouple app-note. Stay tuned!

I received the LabJack U6 very quickly after placing the order which was great since I was working on a tight timeline. I needed help setting up some other sensors with the LabJack and when I reached out for help the LabJack staff responded quickly and thoroughly. I sent them a spec sheet for a sensor and they responded back with the best way to wire it into the LabJack and how to log the data that came out of it! It was a huge relief after Google searching without any luck. They also have a plethora of resources on their website that answer many questions users might have. I would definitely recommend and use LabJack again for future projects!
