Arrived at Athens GA Labcorp for a scheduled appointment, but 15 people were waiting for the same time. Extremely long wait times, and they do NOT honor appointment times. Horrible customer service. They do not respect customers or their time. Ridiculous.

To all whom needs to have blood work done at Labbcorp in Orlando Florida at the Blackwood location, the staff are the most rudest peoples that work in the public spectrum.I made any appointment for 1:30 and i checked in only to be told that there’s 5 peoples ahead of me, which is not my problem and I asked the lab tech why I hav to wait for him to see the people before me his excuse was he the only tech there so I subjected he call his employer and complaint about being understaffed.

Labcorp's website and phone tree both say very clearly that they accept walk-in appointments. It is not until you arrive at the location when you discover that they do not take walk-in appointments for pre-employment drug screens, and the employees are quite rude about it if you don't happen to see the sign and check-in anyway. I observed one employee berate a person waiting in front of several other people for "not reading the signs". Today I went in to get my drug screen done and the registration my employer gave me expired at 3pm. It was 3:01pm and they would not administer the test. I've already waited over 3 weeks for this test and now I won't get to take the test until January 3rd. I recognize that the expiration issue was the employer's fault, not Labcorps, but the employee there was very rude and unhelpful. I was there 20 minutes before my appointment time, but had no idea about the registration having a specific time it expired. She treated me like I did it on purpose.

Absolutely impossible to make an appt in Rockland county without waiting for over a week. The lab in NANUET is run by one person only who is responsible for doing everything from paperwork to drawing bloods. Additional staff needed . Check out how much your insurance is paying for this poor poor care. Write to your insurance company and complain.

Asheville, NC Labcorp has unskilled, unprofessional and rude staff. I never had trouble with blood draws until I came here. On Oct 9, the blood draw left a large bruise on my arm. On Nov. 17, the draw was excruciating the entire time, and when I complained that it burned, the employee said, "It's probably from the alcohol [swab]. You're welcome to go somewhere else." This draw caused a weird purple bruise on my arm, which hurt for the rest of the day. On prior visits, they blasted Christian radio with country music, had long waits and the reception staff was also been rude. My attempt to reach the manager by phone was a fruitless waste of time. I reported all of this to my doctor and asked her to send me to a different lab.

It would help to have more than one person working the entire lab. It would also be nice to have a real person answer the phone instead of a recording. I was told the lab would be open on Friday, the day of Thanksgiving. I left my family early from our holiday get-together to get to the lab before my next chemo and they were closed. This was after I called and finally got a hold of a live person in the billing dept. who told me they would be open on Friday.

No bloodwork results after 3 weeks. No phone number or way to contact someone, doctor does not have results and can not access results. I can not set up portal to access results on line. Message - can not set up at this time, please try again later. Tried to set up on line portal for 5 days. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE PLACE , NEVER USE THIS COMPANY ! DON’T USE LABCORP EVER!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Critical need for results with stage 5 kidney failure & CAN NOT GET RESULTS FROM THIS PLACE!

Terrible company! Called me to tell me my insurance won’t pay for the blood drawn and asked if I still want to preceed and I said NO. They hung up and then did it anyway and sent me a very expensive bill. I talked to two customer service people who were like “yeah our records show you said no but because we processed it and sent you your results, you have to pay anyhow”. Total bull****!! Scammers!
