For your safety, please go to a different lab company. If I could, I would have given them no stars. The place was filthy. The front desk didn’t know what they were doing. They lost my samples, failed to run the tests as ordered, and double billed for the same tests.

I would rate 0 star if there was an option. I'm absolutely seething about the abhorrent behavior of LabCorp's lab technicians. It's mind-boggling that LabCorp can't seem to address this issue that leaves you feeling like you and your precious baby are nothing but an inconvenience. Do the local and upper management not give a single care about the emotional well-being of their customers? It's either a staggering lack of competence in staff training or a complete absence of empathy, but either way, it's utterly disgraceful. Dealing with a lab should never feel like they're handling a non-living being; this is about our loved ones' health and well-being!

TO ALL AUTISM PARENTS!!! Just a warning If your child needs blood drawn DO NOT take them to Lab Corp on Cedar Lane in Teaneck, NJ. They have zero tolerance or compassion. They failed to acclimate the environment to fit Jake’s needs. No blood was drawn and now we have NO results and most likely have even more issues bringing him again. Life is hard enough for Special Needs Children. They need understanding, compassion and patience, instead of ignorance.

I really wish Trust pilot would enable a zero star option. My wife had pre blood test questions. Called 3 times over a weeks time and never got a return call. Finally she drove 25 minutes one way to ask her question, only to find that they had closed before their website stated hours. We are now fileing a formal complaint with our insurance company who requires that we use LabCorp.

Horrible. The waiting room almost mutinied. It didn’t seem to matter if you had an appointment or walked in. People waited 1.5 to 2 hours to get a simple blood test. The staff was rude, uncommunicative and uninterested I. Our experience.

The employees were very nice. This review is for the CEO/management. The wait time is very long. I had to travel for 35 minutes each way to get to a lab for my test when I had at least 2 other labs 10 minutes away from where I lived. I had to wait over 2 hours to have the test done. For an appointment, it takes about 3 weeks to get one and even patients with appointments, I observed, had to wait a very long time to be attended. Why don't you have all the tests in all the labs? why don't you have an actual customer service answer questions if someone calls? The only phone number published and where they answer is your billing department. To get paid you answer the phone. In your drop down menu of services, you don't have all the services posted, you get the specific labs only when you insert the service you need in the search bar. Therefore if you look at the services for each lab, they look very similar in their services. Because the labs don't answer the phone and you don't have customer service you are never sure if the lab you choose has the test you need.

Labcorp is the WORST lab I have ever dealt with in my life. Due to "technical issues" they failed 3 of my totally different samples. And I have been waiting for my results for 6 weeks now, they just keep telling me the results are pending for another week, two weeks, and then again one more week and the result just never comes. The result of the test is important for me to get before I make a TIME-SENSITIVE Decision!!!! Never use them!!!! Customer support just hangs up on you when ask questions! SCAM!
