The worst experience!!! I went for my “appointment” and when I arrived there were over 25 people waiting some as long as 2 hours! I fasted and wasted the whole morning and finally walked. As a busy physician this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I will NEVER refer my patients there. It was like 3rd world country!! Not sure if Quest labs are any better! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Results never sent to my doctor. Called for days but no one picks up the phone. CANT GET MY RESULTS!!!

Absolutely horrible. People waiting hours and if you dare say anything they just make you wait longer.

The staff are rushed because the lab techs also act as secretaries. They check in the patients and then draw their blood which makes the the blood draw process that much slower. The clinic in Lacey need secretaries to check in the customers to make the blood draw experience that much smoother. There is also no one answering the phones. Despite staff shortage the technician put on a smile as they attend to the customers. I am not sure how long this will last.

I pray you never need an emergency blood draw. Major hospitals have contracted with Labcorp and more to come. This company will kill people with their inability to draw blood process it and do it in a timely fashion. Management will not respond to you ever. Please go else where if you can Good luck

Ever since Labcorp moved into what must have been a broom closet of our local Walgreen's, service has been horrible. The one employee that there is room for is overworked, stressed and consequently rude. Today, I arrived 8 minutes before the posted lunch break time to drop off my pre-wrapped, pre-labeled sample. I am told to register on the one working tablet, which I never had to do before, and when I tell the tech that the tablet says that they're already closed for lunch (7 minutes early), I am told:"Then you have to come back. Everything and everybody need to be logged in or I get in trouble." And with that, she just about slams the door at my face. I had to drive back my 15 miles to come back after the posted lunch break time. Hopefully they'll be open.

My dr ordered a variety of stool samples. The tech at Glassboro location handed me several bags and bottles with no explanation. I had to ask how to return and where. When I tried to call and speak to a patient representative I got a recording at least 30 times and left messages and no one ever called back. I needed to know how long the stool was good for because they only have hours of operation m-f and 8-3. I waited hours at Glassboro store to drop off specimen. Techs very rude. I wish there were another way of getting labs done. How does no one answer a phone call. How do you not have more staff????

Labcorp senior management would appear to be among the most despicable in Healthcare. The employees are talented phebotmists. Who have no clerical help. Always overscheduled and have to deal with challenging customer base. Old or ssdi. So they are always behind running to catch up. Basically a sweat shop. Shame on senior management and board of directors.
