I would give them a zero if I could. We showed up st 11:27 for an employment drug screen for my daughter. They close from 12-1 for lunch. There was no one in the waiting room, but the lady refused to see us because she had some other lab work to finish before one. If that's the case, they need to close from 11:30‐1. They refused to see an 80+ year old lady with an 11:00 appt who had been there for 20 minutes waiting. The lady that runs that branch is horrible. Go anywhere else - preferably Quest

RE: LABCORP @ 770 NORTHPOINT PKWY WEST PALM BEACH FL I am sooo grateful for this particular LabCorp site. I drove from Port Saint Lucie, FL to this location in West Palm Beach for ONE reason: RATING. I was appalled to see the reviews at the locations closest to me… how do you bring yourself to go to a place that rates between a 1.8 and a 2.8??? I respect myself too much, in addition to the $$ I am paying out-of-pocket for elective tests, to go to a low-rated place. However, it is the phlebotomist at this site that TRULY deserves the praise: Liza. Liza has good people skills, good energy, and is excellent at what she does. I have always been THAT person whose veins are hard to find (so I am told), and who ALWAYS comes home with black-n-blues that last for days. Liza IMMEDIATELY found my vein, drew the vials necessary, and off I went — with NO bruising whatsoever. Thank you for this employee, LabCorp. Honestly, if I was the employer, I would use her skills to train new hires. I will gladly drive an hour again the next time I do elective blood tests. Deni Port St Lucie, FL May 7, 2024

This office has the friendliest staff. Very helpful also. I made an appointment at the wrong office but they said it was no problem at all. This was my second time at this office and both times it was a pleasant experience.

April 18, 2024 Blood Draw- Not only was I lanced three times before the phlebotomist called for help. I've had terrific pain from the incompetent phlebotomist, but I am black and blue in all three places. Worse, I haven't received results on three of the four tests. If you are contemplating Labcorp in Eureka try to find another lab to go to. Very unprofessional. Thanks alot Providence.

When I found out they were no longer Providence I wanted to cancel getting blood drawn but they insisted my results would be done in time for my doctors appointment. Well they aren't and who knows when they will be. I should have followed my instincts and left.

The Cottonwood flabotamost is awesome, The rest of the staff is lazy and incompetent. Always have the excuse that they are to busy and never answer the telephone. Go to Quest around the corner for a much better experience.

I go to a pain clinic (Monroe NC) and I had to have a drug test done. Not a problem. It came back as valium positive and after thinking about it realized it was quite possible that I had taken my husband's valium by mistake and told them this. They asked me 10 days later to have a retest which I did. It came back positive for oxazepam and temazepam. I did not know what those drugs were. They were for sleeping. Sleeping is something I have NEVER had a problem with and I have NEVER taken them. I wanted them to rerun the test but they (Lab) refused. I have a call in to Dr. Keith at Lab Corp., the office manager and patient advocate at the Pain Center and my attorney but as of yet have not heard from any of them. To some of you this may not seem a big deal but to me---that is my name on that false report and I want it off. NOW!

Coming yo LabCorp is horrible. I have been waiting for over 2 hours just to be seen an still need assistance. If my insurance did not request I use them I would not. I can’t remember a time I have bot had an extended wait but today is the worsened. Two techs is all they have for all the clients is insane. My patience is done with poor customer service. Your organization is to big to have this be a continuous situation. You cut the hours so I have to take off work just to be serviced, to receive horrible service. Maybe you don’t see my time as valuable but it is and your organization needs to do better.
